This yummy slower paced vinyasa flow links your breathe to movement and guides you through a sequence of postures to build strength, flexibility and balance. YUM Restore at 10:30 am
Taking time to allow the mind and body to relax is essential to living well. Counter the effects of daily stress with breathing exercises, gentle movement, poses supported by props and guided relaxation. Restorative yoga is a nourishing practice designed to calm the nervous system. This class is appropriate for all levels including students with mild injuries and illness.
